October 2010

In response to the BP Oil Spill, Ben Jaffe & the Preservation Hall Band linked with Tim Robbins, Mos Def, Lenny Kravitz & Trombone Shorty to make their version of the classic, "It Ain't My Fault." Nickodemus & The Pimps of Joytime REMIXED the song & Nappy G remixed THE VIDEO. All proceeds go towards the clean-up effort!

September 2010

This past July, I teamed up with Goodtimes Events in South Africa to help launch Next Aid (link nextaid.org) with a hugely successful event raising money for the South African based Lovelife's Go-getters program. In addition, we recorded with the children from the Sakumlandela Primary School's Earthchild Project & Zolani and Kyla from the band Freshly Ground. These songs were then distributed to producer/ remixers including myself, Circuswing, Zeb,  The Pimps of Joytime & Tal M. Klein for a new electronic sound! ALL proceeds from this project will be going directly to this beautiful school in Cape Town.

Please visit the website & feel free to make a donation by downloading this new music collaboration! Nickodemus.com/earthchild.html
